Motion by Commissioner Ostrum, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, to approve donating $4,000 lo the continued participation in the Anoka Aquatics Program. The Commission decision will be forwarded to thc City Council for ratification. Mellon carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Ostrum, Lehman, LaMere, Olds, Pontius and Shryock. Voting No: None. Absent: None COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT Chairperson Johns noted she received a couple of letters from the EDA expressing their imercst in the trails. Chairperson Johns stated the MET Council sent them a letter from the Transportation Advisory Board and interest in participating. It was noted there would be a meeting for a call lbr public comment. C/vii Engineer II Linton stated the City is bringing online a cluster ordinance which does not allow any more units that are allowed per the current formula but they must be placed in one cluster area in the development and would utilize community sewer and water. He indicated that iF they start seeing this, they may start to see people north of Trott Brook where it is less developed. He would like the Commission to think about a new community park north of Trolt Park. He thought this could be discussed at the joint Park/Council meeting this S Lllnlll er.
