Concurrent with the above would be continued work on the Highway #47 access matter. <br />Organized soccer programming would not be scheduled until T. H. #47 access is secured. <br /> <br />Future phases of Elmcrest Park will be dealt with as part of the annual CIP process. It <br />should be noted that the Steering Committee suggested that Elmcrest could be developed <br />as a 'challenge grant' park.
