Cotmcihncmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # RESOLUTION APPOINTING BOARD MEMBERS TO FILL VACANT SEATS ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD WItEREAS, the Environmental Policy Board was created in early 2005 and there arc seven seats to filled on the board; and WItEREAS, a recruitment process has been completed and ten applicants have been interviewed and considered to fill these vacancies; and WItEREAS, the personnel committee has recommended that the following individuals be appointed to fill the seven vacancies with the specified term expiration dates: Scat Name Term Expiration Date Ron I Iustvcdt Joe McDilda Jon Olds Bob Bcntz Michael Max Steve Friese Bob Sibilski December 31, 2008 (4-year/full term) December 31, 2008 (4-year/full term) December 31, 2007 (3-year/full term) December 31, 2007 (3-year/full term) December 31, 2006 (2-year/partial term) December 31, 2006 (2-year/partial term) December 31, 2006 (2-year/partial term) NOW TI IEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P, AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to appoint the individuals listed above to the Environmental Policy Board.
