(;otmcihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />ACCEI'T RESIGNATION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER AND <br />GRANT AUTHORIZATION TO HIRE A <br /> COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, Daniel Godlewski was hired as a full-time, regular Community <br />Service Officer; and <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Mr. Godlewski has submitted a letter resigning from his position <br />cffcctive April 19, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to accept Daniel Godlewski's resignation from the <br />Community Service Officer position; <br /> <br />2) That the effective date of Mr. Godlewski's resignation is April 19, 2005; <br /> <br />3~ <br /> <br />That authorization is granted to hire Christopher Curtis as Community Service <br />Officer at an hourly wage of $15.59 effective on or after May 11, 2005. Mr. <br />Curtis's appointment would be contingent upon successful completion of a <br />background and driver's license investigation and a pre-employment physical and <br />drug screen. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />lhemof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br />and thc following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 26th day of April 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />
