Associate Planner Geisler advised the developer has not submitted any elevations for the <br />proposed units. The City has adopted detailed architectural standards for townhouse units. <br />Elevations will be required for all the different unit types in the proposed development. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler noted the preliminary plat will be brought before the Park Commission <br /> March Ibr a recommendation on park dedication. <br /> <br />Citizcu Input <br /> <br />ri'here was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Can'ied. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Levine, <br />Shepherd, Van Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt. <br /> <br />~l'he public hearing closed at 10:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Johnson called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order <br />at 10:(}0 p.m. <br /> <br />was noted the request for the site plan was to table it until the April 7, 2005 meeting. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated the recommendation to table the site plan was primarily to take a <br />look at architectural elevations. <br /> <br />('.omm un ity Development Director Trudgeon noted the reasons for tabling the site plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Shepherd asked what was being planned for Zone B. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated those are Row Houses, similar to what will be in Town Center. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy stated it was hard to determine what was public and what was private <br />on the map. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Geisler stated Street A is public. She showed on the site plan what was <br />imlica~ed as private and public. <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy asked if the driveways were adequate to service fire trucks and other <br />service vehicles.
