PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />'l'he Ram sey Planning Commission conducted a special meeting on Thursday, March 10, 2005, at <br />thc Ramscy Fire Station # 1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Mom bors Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Eric Watson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Associate Planner Megan Wald <br /> <br />CALl, TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />'l'hcrc was no citizen input. <br /> <br />APPIIOVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Brauer, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Levine, Van Scoy, and <br />Walson Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Johnson and Shepherd. <br /> <br />I'UBIAC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Sketch Plan Review; Case of Pulte Homes <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald advised that the subject property is zoned a combination of TC-2, high <br />dcnsity, medium density, and low density residential.
