Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Levine, Van Scoy, and <br />Walson Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Johnson and Shepherd. <br /> <br />I'UBIAC HEARINGS/COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Sketch Plan Review; Case of Pulte Homes <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald advised that the subject property is zoned a combination of TC-2, high <br />dcnsity, medium density, and low density residential.
