He reiterated the importance of getting the open space that <br />is desired. <br /> <br />Councihnembcr Elvig commented he appreciates staff and the developer keeping the driveways <br />at 25 ~ct. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution <br />#054)4-095 to approve the preliminary plat of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition and to approve <br />thc site plan of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition contingent on the City Staff Review Letter <br />dated February 25, 2005, revised March 31, 2005, revised April 8, 2005, Engineering Staff <br />Review comments, the developer entering into a Development Agreement to begin grading work <br />prior to receiving final plat approval, approval of Case Nos. 5 and 6, and the open space <br />verification. <br /> <br />l~'urther ctiscussion: Dell Fredericks, 7550 153rd Avenue, asked if the PUD rezoning in Case No. <br />5 would result in an increase of the density in that area. Associate Planner Geisler responded in <br />thc negative. She explained the PUD will not change the density on the site, it will allow <br />deviations like the single-family townhomes. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
