Case #2: Site Plan Review for Village Bank <br /> <br />Civil Ih~gincet- [I Linton stated Village Bank received an interim use permit for a temporary <br />banking thcility located north of Riverdale Drive in the Rivenwick Village Subdivision. They <br />received approwd fo/' their permanent site plan from the Planning Commission on February 3, <br />2O05. <br /> <br />C/vii {~;nginccr Linton discussed the staff report with the Commission. <br /> <br />(~hairpcrson Johns asked if staff talked to the developers of the plat regarding the fees. <br /> <br />Civil lhqginecr Linton stated they did. <br /> <br />Commissioner ©strmn asked if it would be better to wait until this is platted before making a <br />mellon t'()r the rices because this may not happen for another year and the fees could go up. <br /> <br />Civil I~nginccr Linton stated the plat has been filed and they are building on the plat already. <br /> <br />Chai~-pczrson Johns asked if this was part of setting aside fifty percent to go towards north park at <br />Town Center. <br /> <br />Civil l~;ngineer Linton stated it was. <br /> <br />Commissioner Ostrum stated he would like to wait until the other plat is developed to collect the <br />fccs on it because fees may go up if it is not built on right away. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ostmm, seconded by Commissioner Shryock, to notify the builder that <br />thc minimum of trail tees will be due and the fees may go up on the other parcel. <br /> <br />Mot/on carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Johns, Commissioners Ostrum, Shryock, LaMere, <br />l~ehman, Ostrum and Pontius. Voting No: None.
