Councilmember Olson noted the picture included in the Council's packet shows six vehicles on the site, and it does not look possible to get any other vehicles in there for any type of delivery. Mr. Guzzo replied those pictures were takeu during the Gander Mountain project. He is not saying he will not have another project like that again, but that was when he was not aware of all the concerns, and he has cleaned things up. lie has already taken steps, other than putting in the tar that he wants to propose for the turn around, which he has not done based on where this will all stand. Councilmember Jeffrey ~mcouragcd Mr. Guzzo to revisit the concerns of the neighborhood. He stated being part of that neighborhood, living and working there, and being sensitive to the neighbors' concerns are cril, ical. There were some valid concerns. Mr. Guzzo replied he had a conversation after the meeting with one of the neighbors that spoke. She is okay with things now, she just wanted a lrce in a. couple of places. The reason the trees are not there is that he wanted the pole barn in a s;pot where thc City did not want it. Councilmcmber Cook withdrew the motion on the floor. He indicated it would behoove Mr. Guzzo to come up with a good prt~'sentation and plan for his business to present at the next Council meeting. He commented six months is not a long time to make the needed improvements. Mr. Guzzo should look at growing and relocating in the future. Mr. Guzzo stated he would like to stay in Ramsey when the business is relocated. Councilmember Pearson asked Mr. Guzzo if trucks will be able to get in >md out of the site without creating traffic problems with the plan he has drafted. Mr. Guzzo responded in the affirmative. Councilmember Elvig stated he knows Mr. Guzzo from youth programs, and knows what Mr. Guzzo says can be believed. He appreciates the approach of staff ;tnd the Council to try to make this happen.
