One condition is that the number of fuel islands is limited to 3, <br />wilh a maximum of six individual dispensers. Coborn's has applied for a zoning amendment to <br />increase the nmnber of fuel islands allowed from 3 to 4. On April 7th the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the zoning amendment. On ~April 12th the City Council introduced the <br />c)rdinancc amendment. He explained the reason for the fourth pump is to offer more customer <br />service to the community.
