Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Cook to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />~['hcre was none. <br /> <br />Students from Elk River High School were in attendance for Government class. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec welcomed the students and indicated they should contact any of the <br />Councihnembers or staff with questions regarding the meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced the City of Ramsey is considering becoming a sister city with Loudi, <br />China.
