Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />HRA Executive Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Fire Marshal Jerry Streich <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALl, TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and lead the <br />Pledge o1' Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced that a closed session was held at 5:00 p.m. tonight to discuss a pending <br />litigation. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION: RETIRING BADGE #8 - FIRE FIGHTER STEVE ENGH <br /> <br />Firc Chief Kapler announced that Fire Fighter Steve Engh is retiring. He stated that Steve Engh <br />is one of the original members and was also involved with Burns Township. He stated Mr. Engh <br />has been an asset to the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Firc Chief Kapler explained that if a person serves ten years on the Fire Department, their badge <br />is retired. In recognition of Steve Engh's contribution, the City of Ramsey will retire Badge #8. <br />t to noted Mr. Engh's picture is already on display in the back of the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />City Council / March 22, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 38 <br /> <br /> <br />
