PUBLIC HEARING / COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />PUBLIC ItEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: Public Hearing: Application for 3.2 Malt Liquor On-Sale and Sunday Liquor <br /> License for Chips Pizza; Case of Michael & Catherine Dunn <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:10 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Pu bile Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised that Michael and Catherine Dtmn, known as Chips Pizza, <br />have properly applied for a 3.2 malt liquor on-sale and Sunday liquor license at 13939 St. Francis <br />Boulevard NW in Ramsey. Police Chief Way's office has completed the background <br />investigation and staff has received all necessary paperwork. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />'['here was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Pearson, <br />and Strommen. VotingNo: None. Absent: CouncilmemberOlson. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve an on-sale <br />and Sunday 3.2 malt liquor license for Chips Pizza, 13939 St. Francis Boulevard NW, in <br />Ramscy. <br /> <br />Motion caused. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Pearson, Cook, Jeffrey, <br />and S~rommen. Voting No: None.
