Planning Consultant Maass explained the difference between the two districts in terms of lot width. <br />He noted that both products would still be detached single family housing units. <br />Mr. Brown stated that the walking path along Alpine was added following the direction of the <br />Council to provide a connection to Riverstone and the golf course. <br />Councilmember Musgrove asked if there would be a homeowners' association for the <br />development. <br />Mr. Brown replied that there would be a homeowners' association for the entire site for the public <br />elements and amenities.
