Absent: CouncitmemberJeffrey. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:52 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />No Council action required. <br /> <br />Case #5: Report from Public Works <br /> <br />Moved in the agenda to be acted on as Case No. 10A. <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Part of Lot 1 Auditor's Subdivision <br />No. 30, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained the City has continued negotiations with a business interested <br />in building a project on the parcel located at part of Lot 1 Auditor's Subdivision No. 30. It is <br />imperative that the City have the ability to convey this property to the business in a timely <br />manner to allow for spring construction. On February 22, 2005, the City Council introduced an <br />ordinance to authorize the sale.
