Details have <br />been finalized and it is important that the City have the ability to convey the property to the <br />business in a timely manner. On February 22, 2005, the City Cpuncil introduced-an ordinance to <br />authorize the sale. That ordinance is now 'being presented for formal'adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Ordinance <br />No. 05-07 authorizing the sale of the North 200 feet of the South 233 feet of the West 200 feet of <br />the East I 146 feet of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range <br />25, Am~ka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />A roll call w~te was peribrmed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec: <br />Councihnember Cook: aye <br />Councihnember Elvig: aye <br />Councilmember Jeffrey: absent <br />Councihnember Olson: aye <br />Councihnember Pearson: aye <br />Councihnember Strommen: aye <br /> <br />aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #9: <br /> <br />Request for Adoption of Parking Plan for Ramsey Town Center Core Area <br />Case of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Community Development Director Tmdgeon explained the City and Ramsey Town Center, LLC <br />executed a Parking hnprovement Use and Maintenance Agreement on February 22, 2005 for the' <br />Town Center Core area. An approved Parking Plan is part of this agreement. The Parking Plan <br />divides the parking district into nine areas and breaks down each area into parking uses and <br />sources;, and an allocated share of structured parking.
