Shade'Tree CottaRes and Rum River Estates: Subsequent to the P[arming Commission <br />meeting, the City received a fax' from Steve Graffunder of Henningson & Snoxell, who <br />represents a few of the neighbors surrounding the subject project area. Mr. Graffunder is <br />objecting to the legal opinion that Potassium Street is a public street. In an attempt to try to work <br />with the neighbors, City Staff, the City Attorney, and the developer of Shade Tree have met to <br />explore options of shifting Potassium Street to the west. Options have been explored and staff is <br />in the process of working with the neighbor's attorney. It is anticipated that the City Council will <br />review the preliminary plat for Shade Tree and Rum River Estates on Tuesday, May 10, 2005. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous: <br /> <br />A second meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 19th, depending on the availability of the <br />Planning Commissioners.
