Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to recommend that the City <br />Council authorize staff to enter into a contact with LHB Engineers and Architects for Master <br />Trail Plan services, at a not to exceed cost of $55,000 with the funding provided from trail fees. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if there are not enough lots platted in <br />2002 to meet the $55,000 cost where would the funds come from. Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br />Boos replied that the contract could be written so that the work will not exceed the amount of <br />funds available. Councilmember Zimmerman inquired if that was part of the motion. <br />Councilmember Anderson stated that she did not think that was an issue. Councilmember <br />Hendriksen inquired if the master trail plan would include a link with the county trail along'Trout <br />Brook. Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied yes.
