Residential. A minor Comprehensive Plan amendment may e required if the March 2001 Draft <br />Comprehensive Plan is not adopted by City Council by the time their proposal has completed all <br />necessary reviews. <br /> <br />The landscape plan meets the 20% open space requirement for a Planned Unit Development. <br />City staff has reviewed the landscaping plan as part of the site plan review and recommended <br />changes to the plan as outlined in the Staff Review Letter dated June 1, 2001. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the reqUest for rezoning of the property from B-1 Business <br />and R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt the Findings of Fact relating to a request to <br />rezone the proposed plat of The Ponds from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to <br />Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Council approve the request to rezone the proposed plat of The <br />Ponds from B-1 Business and R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development, <br />based on the findings of facts. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council deny the request for rezoning from B-1 Business and <br />R-1 Single Family to PUD Planned Unit Development, based on the findings of facts. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Community Development Director <br />Community Development Assistant <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />PC: 06/05/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
