Commissioner Watson stated that overall he thinks the proposed development is positive and <br />consistent with the submitted Comprehensive Plan. He commended the developer for <br />considering the existing neighborhood and mirroring existing properties. <br /> <br />Mr. Black noted that he has met with Lord of Life Church regarding the development and has <br />kept them appraised of all the changes that have been made. They are in full support of the plan. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wivoda, seconded by Commissioner Reeve, to recommend that the <br />developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage and apply for a rezoning and site plan approval. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Wivoda, Reeve, and <br />Watson. Voting No: None.
