Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Reeve, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Reeve, Kociscak, <br />Sweet, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 8:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 8:08 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sweet stated that the site is currently a mess and trees are currently being moved <br />and inquired as to what was taking place. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wald noted that staff has asked that the developer to provide a tree preservation <br />plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Reeve inquired if staff has had any discussions with the applicant regarding the <br />City staff letter. <br /> <br />Community Development Assistant Wald replied yes, noting that the applicant has agreed to do <br />everything included in the letter. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Reeve, to table action until after <br />Case #10 to give the applicant time to be present for the discussions. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
