McKay Auto Sales currently uses the property. The operation in place already exceeds <br />the maximum amount of impervious surface allowed in the Critical River and Wild and <br />Scenic River Overlay District. <br /> <br />The current operation already exceeds the minimum impervious area with about 100,000 <br />square feet of the 5.45 acres being impervious surface (42% lot coverage).
