CC Regular Session 7.4. <br />Meeting Date: 08/10/2020 <br />By: Chloe McGuire Brigl, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #20-169 Approving Temporary Fencing and Play Area for PACT Charter School <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to review a request from PACT Charter School (the "Applicant") to allow for temporary <br />fencing and a temporary play area to allow for additional social distancing measures related to Covid-19. <br />Additionally, the Applicant has requested that they put up orange safety cones at the start of each school day and <br />remove them at the end of each school day. Temporary fencing, specifically the orange snow fencing, that the <br />Applicant is proposing is not allowed under our fencing standards, especially in the COR.
