WHEREAS, Change Order #1 in the amount of $43,410.80 will prevent impacts to <br />existing trees, landscaping, and private utilities, and will prevent the need to reconstruct a portion <br />of Variolite Street in the future by extending trunk sanitary sewer 160 linear feet to the north, and <br />will allow for the connection to City sewer and water services as requested by the residents at <br />7600 163rd Lane NW. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves Change Order #1 in the total amount of <br />$43,410.80 for Park Construction Company to extend trunk sanitary sewer 160 linear feet <br />to the north, and to add sanitary sewer and water service lines to allow connection to <br />municipal utilities at 7600 163rd Lane NW. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the l 0th day of August, 2020. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #20-165 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
