Councilmember Cook questioned if the applicant is trying to get his business up to the present standards of the ordinance. Community Development Director Trudgeon replied that is correct. He explained staff was not aware of the business being run in this location until it was brought to their attention. It was then found that the applicant would not be in compliance with the home occupation ordinance. Councilmember Cook asked if the only non-compliance issue is the extra employee.
