The Planning Commission and City Council provide direction to the developer. He indicated only fo~ units have been removed, and a phvate road is being shown that does not meet StaWs recommendation. He stated he h~. a problem with Potassium Street also, and density concerns. Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Brauer to close the public hearing at 9:35 p.m. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Brauer, Levine, Shepherd, Van Scoy, and Watson.
