Absent: Commissioner Johnson. <br /> <br />Case #7 <br /> <br />Public Hearing - Request for Preliminary Plat and Site PLan Approval of <br />Shade Tree Cottages; Case of Shade Tree Communities, LLC <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald noted that a tot of .changes have been made to this .proposal. She <br />indicated they are at a net density of 2.75 units per acre. She stated the proposal is for 26 single- <br />family detached units and 16 si'ngle-family lots. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated the developer has agreed to install signage-to identify the wetlands <br />so future homeowners know not to mow that area, and appropriate seedlings wilt be planted. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt asked where they are providing public open space. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald stated there is not public open space, but they are providing private open <br />space.
