The NCDA is currently amending the ridership projections for the entire project. <br />The City of Ramsey requests that the Ramsey Town Center station be included in <br />this work. Furthermore, the City requests that slight modifications be made to the <br />model that may help the overall ridership in this area by; (1) include sub2TAZ <br />analysis of the Ramsey Town Center project area to account for a higher rate of <br />walk up passengers, (2) include an "unconstrained" park and ride total as the City <br />is intent of providing parking and ride as necessary to ensure the success of the <br />Northstar Commuter Rail project, and (3) include the proposed circulator bus <br />service in the Ramsey Town Center area which will show a higher rate of access <br />for passengers within the model. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey is very excited about the Northstar Commuter Rail project and <br />wishes to do everything in it power to help the project be a resounding success.
