Page 2 of 3 <br />I have included a two sided copy of the agreement for your records along with an instruction sheet <br />for preparation and execution of resolutions and signature pages. <br />Dear Mr. Gray, <br />Upon reception, please present this agreement to the City Council for its approval and execution <br />that shall include original signatures of the City Council authorized officers on all four (4) enclosed <br />signature forms. Also required are four (4) original copies of a resolution passed by the City Council <br />authorizing its officers to sign the agreement in its behalf. Four (4) copies of a suggested form of <br />such resolution are attached to this agreement. Upon this action, please forward these documents <br />and this letter to Mr. Doug Fischer of the County of Anoka for further execution.
