This agreement provides for <br />construction and maintenance by the State, the County, the City of Anoka, and the City of Ramsey <br />regarding traffic control signal systems on Trunk Highway No. 47 at Trunk Highway 10, North and <br />South Ramps, in the City of Anoka; on Trunk Highway No. 47 at Co. Rd. 30/Pleasant Street in the <br />City of Anoka; and on Trunk Highway No. 47 at CSAH 5/Xkimo Street in the City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Please present this agreement to the City Council for its approval and execution that shall include <br />original signatures of the City Council authorized officers on all four (4) enclosed signature forms. <br />Also required are four (4) original copies of a resolution passed by the City Council authorizing its <br />officers to sign the agreement in its behalf. Four (4) copies of a suggested form of such resolution <br />are attached to this agreement. Upon this action, please forward these documents and this letter to <br />Mr. Craig Gray of the City of Anoka for further execution. When the agreements and resolutions <br />have been fully executed by Mn/DOT, Anoka County, the City of Anoka, and the City of Ramsey, <br />original copies will be returned to Anoka County, the City of Anoka, and the City of Ramsey. <br />
