City Attorney Goodrich replied that the Council will not be discussing policy issues during the <br />closed meeting. The only issues that will be discussed are the allegations of the complaint and to <br />give advise on how to respond. <br /> <br />Councihnember Hendriksen stated that deciding how to settle the issue seems more like a policy <br />issue as opposed to a legal issue. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich replied that they will discuss that during the closed meeting. <br /> <br />Councihnember Hendriksen inquired as to when the Council will be conducting an open <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that the residents would be able to call City Hall tomorrow to determine <br />the direction the Council has chosen to take. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he believed the summons is a public record and felt that it <br />was noteworthy to point out that ACCAP is claiming that all of the issues with surrounding <br />property owners have been resolved. ' <br /> <br />Laurie Ebel, 14940 Juniper Ridge Drive NW, Ramsey, stated that she wanted an opportunity to <br />speak about ACCAP as a company. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec requested that the issue be added as an agenda item during the next City Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Councihnember Hendriksen requested that staff notify the residents on the interest list prior to <br />the meeting and allow for them to make any comments prior to the Council making their <br />decision. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recessed the regular City Council meeting at 9:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request for Preliminary Plat Review of Orchard Hills; Case of Homestead <br />Multi-Family Development <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Request for Site Plan Review of Orchard Hills; Case of Homestead Multi- <br />Family Development <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that Mike Schneider of Homestead Multi- <br />Family Development has applied for preliminary plat review to develop 42 for-sale townhome <br />units on the property located south of 153rd Avenue NW and Bill's Superette and east of St. <br />Francis Boulevard.
