CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a continuance of the regular meeting from January 9, on <br />Tuesday, January 16, 2001, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />CoUncilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />City Engineer Brian Olson <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the continuance of the City Council back to order at 6:43 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was nolle. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #10: Adopt Ordinance to Amend Park Dedication Requirements <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on December 19, 2000, the City Council <br />introduced an ordinance to require park dedication for all development, even when no <br />subdivision of property is required. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded <br />Ordinance #00-02 to require park dedication on <br />subdivision of land. <br /> <br />by Councilmember Zimmerman, to adopt <br />development projects that do not require <br /> <br />City Council/January 16, 2001 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
