Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #20-205 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR HAMPTON TOWNHOMES WHEREAS, Platinum Land LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for Final Plat approval of the legally described property in Exhibit A, attached hereto: (the `Subject Property'); and WHEREAS, the Subject Property is currently zoned R-2 Residential (Medium Density), is guided as Medium Density Residential in the Comprehensive Plan, and is approximately 5.5 acres in size; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the sketch plan for Hampton Homes (formerly known as Odyssey Homes) at its meeting on January 2, 2020 and again on February 6, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City Council considered the sketch plan for Hampton Homes (formerly known as Odyssey Homes) at its meeting on January 14, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Preliminary Plat approval on May 1, 2020; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the Preliminary Plat for Hampton Homes at its meeting on June 4, 2020; WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat, with contingencies, on June 23, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City received an Application for Final Plat approval on August 13, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City sent the Developer a Notice of Incomplete Application on August 21, 2020; WHEREAS, the City received the final required documents on September 8, 2020; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Development Agreement on September 22, 2020. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Hampton Townhomes contingent upon the following conditions a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval of plans by the City Engineer. b. Review and approval of the Development Agreement by both the City Attorney and City Engineer. c. Stormwater Approval by the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization. d. Approval of turn lane plans by Anoka County.
