Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Personnel Committee for Case #1. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Kurak, Hendriksen, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #12: Report from the Finance Committee <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the Finance Committee met on February 27, 2001 to <br />discuss the following cases: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Capital Improvement/Capital Outlay Plan <br /> The Committee recommended Council adopt the City of Ramsey's Capital Improvement <br /> Program for the years 2001 to 2005 noting that this is a forecasting tool and not actual, <br /> committed projects and expenditures, with the financing being changed for the storm <br /> drainage project. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Consider Authorization of Highway #10 Redevelopment Planning Services Addendum <br /> The Committee recommended that Council authorize HKGi to perform a Highway #10 <br /> redevelopment planning study addendum not to exceed $5,000 <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Request from Youth First for Funding <br /> The Committee recommended that Council adopt Resolution #01-02-150 authorizing the <br /> transfer of $5,000 from the Council Contingency Fund to the budget of Mayor and <br /> Council for the Youth First Program. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />City of Anoka Swim~ning Pool Funding Request <br /> The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council enter into a one-year <br /> agreement with the City of Anoka for pool funding at a maximum of $4,000. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to ratify the <br />recommendations of the Finance Committee for Cases 1 through 4. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak.
