Motion by Councilmember Anderson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to ratify the recommendations of the Personnel Committee for Case #1. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Kurak, Hendriksen, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Case #12: Report from the Finance Committee Councilmember Hendriksen stated that the Finance Committee met on February 27, 2001 to discuss the following cases: 1) Capital Improvement/Capital Outlay Plan The Committee recommended Council adopt the City of Ramsey's Capital Improvement Program for the years 2001 to 2005 noting that this is a forecasting tool and not actual, committed projects and expenditures, with the financing being changed for the storm drainage project. 2) Consider Authorization of Highway #10 Redevelopment Planning Services Addendum The Committee recommended that Council authorize HKGi to perform a Highway #10 redevelopment planning study addendum not to exceed $5,000 3) Request from Youth First for Funding The Committee recommended that Council adopt Resolution #01-02-150 authorizing the transfer of $5,000 from the Council Contingency Fund to the budget of Mayor and Council for the Youth First Program. 4) City of Anoka Swim~ning Pool Funding Request The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council enter into a one-year agreement with the City of Anoka for pool funding at a maximum of $4,000. Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to ratify the recommendations of the Finance Committee for Cases 1 through 4. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Zimmerman, Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None.
