METHODOLOGY <br /> <br />Provide outline for work plan that will identify major tasks to be accomplished. The work plan must <br />present the firm's design approach, task breakdown, description of deliverables and fee breakdown <br />by task. <br />Provide list of standard hourly rates. <br /> <br />EVALUATION CRITERIA <br /> <br />The selection will be based on the following criteria: <br /> The firm's experience with fitness facilities (50%). <br /> The firm's experience with master planning on transit corridor (20%). <br /> The firm's experiedce with at building consensus at public meetings with City officials and residents <br /> (!o%). <br /> ~ The proposed work scope and methodology (10%). <br /> ~ The firm's ability to perform in timely fashion and meet project schedule (10%). <br /> <br />RFP TERMS <br /> <br />There is no expressed or implied obligation for the City of Ramsey to reimburse responding firms for any <br />expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. To be considered, five (5) copies of <br />the proposal must be delivered to James E. Norman, City Administrator / City Planning at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303 by 5:00 pm on May 10, 2005. <br /> <br />During the evaluation process, the City of Ramsey reserves the right to request additional information or <br />clarification, or allow corrections of errors or omission. At the discretion of the City of Ramsey, firms. <br />submitting proposals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process. It is <br />anticipated the selection of a firm will be completed by May 24, 2005. A contract will be executed between <br />both parties following selection. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposai <br />regardless of whether the proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the firm <br />of the conditions contained in this request for proposals, unless clearly and Specifically noted in the <br />proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between the City of Ramsey and the firm selected. <br /> <br />Questions may be addressed to James E.
