The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and reviewed the request for a conditional <br />use permit on May 5, 2005. There was no public input at the public hearing. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended that City Council approve the request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt findings of fact relating to James and Cheri Waller's request for a conditional <br />use permit for an oversized accessory building. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to approve James and Cheri Wallet's request for an oversized accessory building based <br />on the findings of fact, and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />-or- <br /> <br />Motion to deny James and Cheri Waller's request for a conditional use permit for an oversized <br />accessory building, based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
