Additional Plat Requirements: The new cluster ordinance states that all future streets, <br /> parks, trails, and utility easements should be platted as outlots, and that this requirement may <br /> be waived if only 1 lot is being platted. Staffrecommends waiving this requirement. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2005, at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station No. 1, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your final plat. You, or your <br />representative, are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting in order to answer any questions <br />that may arise.
