Permit; and b) provided the City with a copy of the LRRWMO permits, c) the <br />City is in receipt of the Inspection Fee. <br /> <br />No Certificate of Occupancy for the Structure will be issued until the Required <br />Improvements, or a financial surety for same, are accepted by the City. <br /> <br />I0. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required <br />Improvements shall be constructed and completed before June I, 2006. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF-LOCATION. The Permittee agrees to recognize the City <br />of Ramsey as the City of location on all of its forms of advertising and business <br />correspondence whenever reasonably prudent to do so. <br /> <br />t2. <br /> <br />INSPECTION FEES. The Permittee shall be responsible for all inspection costs <br />incurred by the City related to the installation of the Required Improvements. The <br />Permittee shall make a cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account of the <br />City and the City shall have the authority to draw upon these funds for the <br />purpose of compensating for inspection services. The amount of the deposit shall <br />be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required Improvements,~ <br />which equates to Two Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and no cents ($2,200). <br />This escrow amount shall provide surety for the cost of constructing storm sewer <br />and parking lot improvements. Upon completion of the required Improvements to <br />the satisfaction of the City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow <br />account shall be refunded to the Permittee. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. The City shall be responsible to provide the <br />financial assistance listed in Section 2.2 of the Development Agreement between <br />the parties hereto dated April 26, 2005. The payment for the Site Improvements <br />shall be made at the time a Certificate of Occupancy for the Development <br />Property is issued. These payments will be made to Permit-tee only if all property <br />taxes, City fees and charges on the property are current. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />OUTSIDE REGULATORY AGENCIES. The Permittee shall be responsible for <br />obtaining all required permits or licenses from all regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />Permittee hereby acknowledges receipt of this permit, and that. it has reviewed <br />the conditions of and agrees that it will comply with the terms of this permit. <br /> <br />-342- <br /> <br /> <br />
