Absent: Commissioner Watson. <br /> <br />Case ~6: ' Wetland Buffer Ordinance <br /> <br />Presentation -' ~: :, <br /> <br />Loren Gordon, ordinance consultant for the Ci~ stated that at the last meeting the Pl~ng <br />Commission reviewed the proposed wetland buffer ordinance and he has inco~orated those <br />comments, along with comments fi'om L~WMO and the Enviromental Policy Task Force. He <br />reviewed that the ordinance is based on the ~nction and value approach, looking at establishng <br />buffers based on triggers of development.
