Estimated Costs <br /> <br />The following Outlines the assumptions used for the basis of the Estimated Cost of <br />Construction for the Ramsey Municipal and West Parking Facilities. <br /> <br />1. The base estimated amounts are for 2005 construction costs which have been <br /> escalated at an average annual rate of 6%. <br />2. The Construction Cost Estimates include 8% for General Conditions, Bonding <br /> and Insurance plus 5% for Overhead and Profit. <br />3. A 15% contingency is included to reflect the level of detail for the current design. <br />4. The project costs include soft costs estimated at 15%. <br />5.
