Armstrong Blvd occurred. This Draft EAW will follow a slightly different process ~than <br />the Pulte Development EAW as the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) will <br />be the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU). Staff and Bolton and Menk are ready to <br />send the document down the MPCA and wanted to make the City Council aware of the <br />sanitary sewer Draft EAW and authorize Staff to send it to the MPCA. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is recommending that the City Council adopt the enclosed resolution authorizing the <br />release of the Pulte Development Draft EAW for comment and review.
