The existing landscape consists of wetlands stretching across the proposed area <br />from east to west in the upper half to middle region. The remaining land is currently agricultural.land. This <br />!broposed development will leave the wetlands as they ex. ist currently, but using the rest for residential and <br />commercial development. <br />The large size of the land being converted fi.om ag. ricftltural to residential triggered the creation of this EAW, as <br />required by MN Rute 4410.4300, subpart 36, "Lat~t use conversion, including golf courses." The project includes <br />construction of roads, homes, ponds, and utilities such as storm water, wastewater, and water.
