_ PHASE Ill: Plan Refinement, Preparation, and Adoption <br /> TASK 1:Present entire Comprehensive Plan Update and associated components <br /> to the City Council/Planning Commission for final revisions or changes. <br /> - Objective: Present Comprehensive Plan Update to City Council/Planning Commission <br /> for any revisions, changes, or suggestions regarding its final form. Comments received <br /> — from previous tasks will be incorporated into the Plan. Make suggested changes and <br /> forward final copy to the City for adoption. <br /> Description: <br /> 1. Prepare complete draft of Comprehensive Plan Update, including all illustrative and <br /> -- graphic drawings and final text document, for review by Planning Commission/City <br /> Council. <br /> 2. Present in overview the entire Comprehensive Plan, answering any questions <br /> -- regarding its content. <br /> 3. Make any final revisions to the Comprehensive Plan and forward a complete copy of <br /> the Comprehensive Plan Update to the Metropolitan Council for approval. <br /> — 4. Provide a final copy to the City in printed and electronic format. <br /> — Deliverables: One complete copy of the Comprehensive Plan Update in printed and <br /> electronic format. <br /> Meetings: One joint meeting and final presentation to the City Council/Planning <br /> Commission. One meeting with Metropolitan Council for presentation and approval. APPROACH <br /> Key Project Staff: Richard Thompson, Mark Kaltsas, Angela Torres, Corey Sader <br /> — CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> — This Proposal assumes the City of Ramsey will provide the following: <br /> ■ All Base Maps, relevant studies, current mapping, digital GIS data, current <br /> Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Map, Zoning Ordinance. <br /> — ■ City staff and outside consultants will assist the consultant in identifying specific <br /> issues, opportunities, and constraints. <br /> ■ Public hearing and related procedural process to adoption of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> ■ City staff will secure the necessary facilities for conducting interviews, and the <br /> —' meeting facilities for the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> ■ City staff will review the consultants' work products. <br /> ■ Mailings and notifications required for all meetings, as well as copies of draft <br /> — documents for public distribution. <br /> OVERALL PROJECT <br /> — ADDITIONAL SERVICES OF THE CONSULTANTS <br /> ■ Surface Water Management Plan summary. <br /> Y <br /> ■ Additional public participation strategies, such as additional meetings or community <br /> surveys. <br /> TKDA <br /> ...r ENGINEERS•ARCHITECTS•PLANNERS 18 <br />
