The project also involves extensive coordination <br /> with Mn/DOT regarding included improvements to TH 10 and with the railroad regarding <br /> crossing improvements and the implementation of a Quiet Zone. In addition to overseeing <br /> all design activities and the preparation of plans and specifications under an accelerated <br /> — schedule, responsibilities include implementation of a public involvement plan and JOSEPH <br /> coordination with local and private agencies including the BNSF Railroad. <br /> Project Manager, CR 56 Reconstruction; Ramsey, MN. The project involved the redesign of a <br /> inplace 2-lane roadway to an urban 4-lane divided section with storm sewer, watermain <br /> improvements,surveying,permitting,traffic signal design,and intersection channelization. <br /> In addition to overseeing all design activities and preparing construction documents, Education <br /> responsibilities included extensive coordination with local and private agencies including Bachelor of Science <br /> the BNSF Railroad regarding traffic signal preemption and Mn/DOT regarding their Civil Engineering, <br /> ' concurrent, abutting TH 10 improvement project. University of Wisconsin Madison <br /> — Project Engineer, 1-694 and 1-35E Interchange Reconstruction, "Unweave the Registrations <br /> Weave"; Vadnais Heights, Little Canada, MN. Involved the reconstruction of the 1-35E Engineer—MN,WI <br /> — and 1-694 freeway interchange. Mn/DOT commissioned the local engineering team of Professional Affiliations <br /> • URS/TKDA to assist in completing the planning and design of the project.The project will Institute of Transportation Engineers <br /> upgrade the condition of the highway, improve its safety, reduce congestion,and increase Minnesota Surveyors and Engineers <br /> Society <br /> its capacity to meet the needs of the driving public. Responsibilities included design of <br /> horizontal and vertical alignments and roadway superelevations, and coordination of the <br /> relocation of utilities including high voltage transmission lines. <br /> ▪ Project Manager, CSAH 52 Reconstruction(CSAH 12 to 135);Blaine,MN.This project <br /> included reconstruction of the I 35W/CSAH 52 Interchange and approximately three miles <br /> — of CSAH 52. Also included construction of an 800 vehicle park and ride facility, traffic <br /> ▪ control signals, bikeways, and storm drainage facilities including detention ponds, side <br /> street/driveway realignments, an underpass, and minor landscaping. The roadway was <br /> — designed as a 4-lane divided section with channelization at appropriate intersections.
