Full resumes for these individuals can be found in the Appendix. <br /> PROJECT MANAGER <br /> — Richard Thompson,AI CP Senior Municipal Planner/Project Manager <br /> — Mr.Thompson will lead the Project Team,providing coordination and project management <br /> between the many groups involved in the planning process, working closely with the City <br /> — throughout the Project. The City will benefit from Mr.Thompson's 35 years of experience <br /> in planning, including 12 years at the Metropolitan Council, where he oversaw the local <br /> ▪ comprehensive plan review process. In addition to his knowledge of regional planning <br /> ▪ in the Twin Cities, Mr. Thompson will provide the City with innovative planning methods <br /> supporting the City's vision, goals, and objectives for updating the Comprehensive <br /> — Plan. <br /> — As the Project Manager for the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan Update, Mr. Thompson will <br /> be the City's primary point of contact. He will work with City staff and officials, direct <br /> — team members in their research and analysis, and will oversee the development of all <br /> Plan elements. <br /> PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS <br /> Mark Kaltsas, MK Land Design, Planner PROJECT TEAM <br /> — Mr. Kaltsas will subcontract with TKDA to provide a design perspective in relation to Qualifications of Personnel <br /> elements of the comprehensive plan. As a design professional, he can translate the City's <br /> '-' vision and goals into guidelines and policies that will make clear the intentions of the <br /> City and neighborhoods to prospective developers and other business interests. His many <br /> years in planning will make him a valuable member of the team at public meetings. <br /> Steve Elmer, AICP, Senior Transportation Planner <br /> — Mr. Elmer is a Senior Transportation Planner in TKDA's Surface Transportation Division. <br /> His 14 years in the planning field have encompassed jobs in both the public and private <br /> sectors. He has experience in many facets of planning including project management, rail <br /> — corridor studies, traffic planning and analysis, comprehensive plans, bicycle/pedestrian <br /> planning, transit planning, environmental impact assessment, transportation policy <br /> development, public consensus building, and workshop facilitation. <br /> -- Mr. Elmer will direct the development of the transportation element of the Plan. He will <br /> conduct an existing conditions analysis, forecast 2030 traffic volumes, identify future <br /> transportation system needs, and develop the Transportation Plan. <br /> — Joe Weaver, P.E., Transportation <br /> Mr. Weaver has 20 years of engineering experience. His experience encompasses <br /> project management and project engineering for both private site and public roadway <br /> —� developments.
