Berry Farrington, Graduate Planner _ Ms. Farrington has experience in land use planning and zoning within rural, suburban,and urban communities. She uses GIS and other analytical tools in working closely with local — officials and residents to develop planning policy and controls. Ms. Farrington will assist in the development of plan components, research and analysis, identification of vision and guiding principles, and plan objectives needed to complete the Comprehensive Plan. - Ms. Farrington will also assist the Project Manager, conduct research and analysis, and assist in the development of the elements of the Comprehensive Plan. Angela Torres, Assistant Planner Ms. Torres provides both planning assistance and project management support to the Project Team. She has experience in the areas of Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Project Management assistance, and document layout. This includes responsibility for — Comprehensive Plan Amendment submissions to the Metropolitan Council. Ms. Torres formulates documents for review and coordinates quality assurance/quality control of all —' products. Corey Sader, Visuals/Imaging Technician — Mr. Sader works on a variety of architectural and graphic projects, providing 2D and 3D imaging, animation, color renderings, and digital imaging. He specializes in 3D — Architectural Modeling and Visualizations. — Mr. Sader will provide the City's graphic elements, develop presentation materials for public meetings and for Planning Commission and City Council meetings, and help to provide visual communication of the Comprehensive Plan components to the City and its • stakeholders.
