Philip Carlson, AICP <br />Senior Planner <br />Experience <br />Mr. Carlson has been with the firm since 1976 and has been involved in a wide variety of planning <br />and design projects, including master plans, redevelopment project, comprehensive plans, zoning <br />studies, environmental reviews (EIS, EAW, and AUAR), and the design of residential, retail, office, and <br />industrial projects. He serves as <br />adjunct faculty to the University of St. Thomas and serves on the faculty of Government Training <br />Services, conducting seminars on comprehensive planning, zoning, shoreland regulation, and <br />municipal government. <br />Mr. Carlson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the American <br />Planning Association (APA).
