IMMO Project Team <br /> Public Participation and Communication <br /> Bill has helped build consensus and resolve differences about planning and growth <br /> 010..4 <br /> management issues. He has worked with planning committees of up to forty members. <br /> He has prepared and delivered public presentations to elected and appointed officials, <br /> members of the public and other interest groups. He has led team efforts to build public <br /> womb <br /> consensus on difficult policy issues through group discussion, individual consultation, <br /> newsletters, focus groups and key-person interviews,nominal-group and similar <br /> brainstorming processes, Web sites,project reports, and maps or other graphics. He has, <br /> administered,tabulated and analyzed community opinion surveys in conjunction with 13 <br /> community planning projects. <br /> Stephanie Eiler, AICP <br /> Transportation Planning <br /> Stephanie Eiler has 27 years experience in transportation planning and directs the <br /> Minneapolis office of Parsons Brinckerhoff,Inc. Her experience includes multimodal <br /> �. transportation system analysis addressing the linkage between transportation and land <br /> use,comprehensive transportation plans, corridor studies, and transit planning. <br /> She has prepared numerous roadway network and transit plans and will be managing the <br /> Anoka County Transportation Plan Update in 2007-08. She and Bill Weber have <br /> collaborated on land use and transportation plans in the past. Stephanie was also the <br /> manager of the feasibility study and EIS for the Northstar Corridor commuter rail line in <br /> her former position with the NCDA. <br /> Stephanie, a senior supervising planner with PB,would direct the preparation of the <br /> Ramsey transportation element,participate in public presentations and ensure <br /> coordination with the Anoka County transportation plan and model. <br /> Steve Ruegg, PE <br /> Transportation Planning <br /> Steve Ruegg is a traffic engineer with 26 years of experience in network modeling and <br /> local roadway system planning. He will prepare the network model for Ramsey--as well <br /> as for Anoka County--and will be responsible for Ramsey's transportation element for <br /> the comprehensive plan. Steve also served on the feasibility study for the Northstar <br /> Commuter Rail Line. <br /> Among his many projects, Steve contributed to the feasibility study for the Northstar <br /> Commuter Rail Line and both the 1990 and 2000 Twin Cities travel behavior studies for <br /> the Metropolitan Council. <br /> McCombs Frank Roos Team 3-3 City of Ramsey <br />
