Project Team <br /> Kristina Smitten <br /> Metropolitan Council Liaison — <br /> Kristina came to McCombs Frank Roos from the Twin Cities Metropolitan Council <br /> where she worked in comprehensive planning and the Mississippi River Critical Area and <br /> MNRRA programs. Kristina is an authority on those programs and retains a close — <br /> working relationship with Council staff. <br /> Doug Mensing <br /> Natural Resources Protection Planning <br /> Doug Mensing has 15 years of experience in the ecological assessment and resource — <br /> management. His is skilled in using primary and secondary information sources to map <br /> and communicate a community's pattern of natural resources and to rank them in priority. <br /> He has worked with land use planners to apply that knowledge as a basis for land use <br /> plans and policies. A recent example of such collaboration is the Chisago City <br /> Comprehensive Plan. Doug expects to submit a separate proposal to conduct the natural <br /> resources assessment and would be available as part of our team to interpret and help <br /> apply those findings to the land use plan whether or not he performs the initial <br /> assessment. <br /> Rick Seifert, PE <br /> Utilities Systems -- <br /> Rick is a professional engineer with twelve years of experience in municipal engineering. '—' <br /> His experience includes sanitary sewer systems,water systems, local roadways and <br /> surfacewater drainage. <br /> Richard's strength is communicating the impacts from various engineering design options <br /> to city officials in a manner that aids in the overall decision-making process. <br /> His role will be similar to that of Doug Mensing,a technical resources in all matters <br /> pertaining to sanitary sewer and water systems. — <br /> Adam Parker <br /> Surfacewater Management — <br /> — <br /> Adam has 13 years experience in surfacewater management and planning.
