Bill Weber,prior to joining <br /> McCombs Frank Roos Associates,helped Maple Grove understand the implications of its <br /> plans and policies and craft a new direction. The resulting land use plan and design -- <br /> guidelines promoted a variety of housing styles and price-points in each <br /> major neighborhood,a wider overall variety of housing, increased densities fi ,=x t <br /> and abundant preservation of key natural resources. • t `:a <br /> The plan was praised by the Twin Cities Metropolitan Council and i ` <br /> received the Distinguished Planning Award from the Minnesota Chapter of <br /> the American Planning Association.
